Well, let me tell you that as a company, it has a vision, mission and goals. Even values. Why?... I have no clue. Maybe because I am way too complex and like to do things this way. That's what is left from being working in many organizations (although most of them had nothing organized :P). Ok. Let's start with this:
Mission: it supposes to be the reason of being of this blog. Hmmm, I've wanted to create it since long time ago... but most of the time I was very busy, or tired, or bored, or had something better to do than being here. So, I've had many excuses to postpone this. I pretend with this blog is to spread my ideas out, many of them are great, others not that great... And well, it comes from the need of practicing the language also. I was a short period of life living in US, so I might be a bit frustrated by my short exposition to the language, and not completely content about my pronunciation. Then, I suppose my mission would be this:
" to share some of my convoluted mind with all of you in order to drain off the most of my arteries and my overwhelmed brain. Through reflection stories taken from my own experience and from others also, based on the deep respect I feel for the diversity of thoughts and action as well as my commitment to high ethical standards, esthetic and to some extent, pathetic, so the audience may enjoy a short lecture (but sometimes it may not be short), entertaining and uplifting."
I suppose that from reading and finding things out, there is something interesting that might be shared (oh well, you might laugh once and it will be fair enough).
Vision:
"Keeping on going on this blog, at least 2 years. It is my greatest aspiration, to make this an acceptable preamble of what will be the publication of my books. But beyond that, to do my bit to help making this world a place a bit more human."
As most of the vision statements of companies, I don't know very well how it's gonna come from here, but I know that I keep on walking. But I don't mind if it ends up becoming a site that I will laugh about years later :D

Yeah, that bunch of things that you know I believe in and I suppose them to worth yet. (More stoiscim ever though).

yeah, I know many people like it and they have posted already. But since I accidentally listened Barcelona in previous days, I found it interesting to know that his birthday was this week.
